THIS IS NOT A VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
This is an introdcution arm care learning program for youth athletes to help build a foundation and provide a training guide that integrates strength & pitching routines.
This program is designed to teach youth athletes the proper warm-up, recovery drills & throwing technique to help them build a solid foundation. Additionally, we introduce our philosophy on training youth baseball pitchers. We will provide a simple workout that is meant to instill exercises and routines that our older athletes wish they had at a younger age. It is quite common we hear some form of “I wish I knew this when I was younger” from our pro or college athletes. Our hope is to reduce the amount of injury and regret in baseball.
