WHY TRAIN AT FULLREPS?
Geared for the college athlete, this is the first step for an all inclusive, hands on program in order to adequately manage stress, properly on-ramp, build velocity, & learn efficient movement, warm up/recovery, etc. Our team will develop a hyper individualized program with built in variability based on the athletes goals & screening findings to be implemented & executed at the facility with hands on guidance from our team.
Every human body is only as strong as its weakest link! This is where we find it. The individual is put through a series of generally low-intensity tests with a detailed eye on movement quality as they perform the fundamental movement patterns. This informs our best course of action for 1.) further examining muscles and joints in isolation 2.) Prescribing corrective exercises, and 3.) Providing an optimal, detailed strength and throwing program. This is an absolute essential but often overlooked step for athletes to reach their optimal performance.
Our Initial Screening Includes a full Functional Movement Screening with our PT & a full Mechanical Efficiency Screening with our arm care staff. These assessments will provide you with a full detailed summary of findings report as well as all your corrective exercise / throwing exercises and allows us to design your individualized program.
LIVE TRAINING SESSIONS
At FullReps Baseball we have our pitchers face off against our hitters in a live simulated game. Using tools like Rapsodo and HitTrax for a pitcher we measure velocity, spin rate, spin axis, location, launch angle and for a hitter we measure exit speed, launch angle and distance.
