REMOTE TRAINING

 

Geared for the athlete who cannot train out of our facility but has access to execute their program either at home or at a facility closer to them. This is the first step for the athlete who is looking for an all inclusive program in order to adequately manage stress, properly on-ramp, build velocity, & learn efficient movement, warm up/recovery, etc. Our team will develop a hyper individualized program with built in variability based on the athletes goals & assessment findings to be implemented & executed from a distance. This program will provide our athletes with ongoing support & maintenance of their programming on a month-to-month basis.

*Comprehensive Assessment is required for Remote Training

2-Day Comprehensive Assessments

Functional movement and mechanical efficiency screenings

Individualized mobility, recovery & physical therapy correctives

Pitch design & analysis using Rapsodo, Edgertronic and other in-house technology tools

Individualized Throwing Programming 

In-House Program Implementation & On-Boarding.
