The best results come from athletes who train over longer periods of time and accept nonlinearaities in their training development. In-Season maintenance is one of the most important variables of training when it comes to staying healthy and maintaining off-season gains. Yet, so many athletes neglect their In-Season training and most of the time its because of TWO reasons.
1.) Players don't have a program or are playing too many games 2.) Coaches/Training Centers do not offer training programs throughout the "playing months" because they are consumed with coaching travel ball and enjoying their Summer Vacation. Don't let this be your excuse!
FullReps is dedicated to providing the best resources to guide our players development. This Summer, we are taking our training to the next level by providing an In-Season Arm Care / Athletic Performance Development / Corrective Exercise Program 2x a week that will include Recovery & Regeneration work throughout the Summer Months.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
The program is designed to shock the CNS to prepare & regenerate athletes in season in preparation for their weekend play. The Program will consist of an in-season athletic performance strength & corrective exercise program along with an individualized in-season arm care program. The Program will also include a full FMS & Video Analysis. The Athletes will be provided with workout supplements and be able to get their recovery in with the Marc Pro Stim (the leader in rapid recovery) & other recovery aids intended for muscle conditioning!

The program will run every TUESDAY & THURSDAY Evening from
JUNE 4TH - JULY 26TH
6:30PM - 8:00PM
(All baseline testing & screenings will be scheduled during the month of MAY before the program starts. Our Staff will be reaching out to you individually to schedule your assessments in an effort to start building out your program before June 4th!)
Baseline Testing, FMS, Player Assessments, Mechanical Efficiency Screenings, Video Analysis, Starting Strength & Arm Care.
Lower Torso Dominant with a focus on Arm Care Recovery & Regeneration.
Core To Extremity Dominant with a focus on Plyo Care, Command & Corrective Throwing.
