The FullReps Team 2021
1/4
ELI NABHOLZ
Director of Player Development
From the time he could walk, Eli always had a baseball in his hands. Eli was fortunate enough to see his uncle, Chris Nabholz, play in the Major Leagues. He comes from a baseball family and has only ever wanted to be involved in the game.
After beginning his collegiate career at Penn State University, Eli transferred to Division II, Millersville University. He spent three years there, accumulating two PSAC East Pitcher of the Year awards and earning All-Atlantic Region First Team honors. Eli was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 38th Round of the 2019 MLB Draft. After a short stint, Eli suffered a shoulder injury that thrust him into FullReps.
Eli started at FullReps as an athlete, giving him a unique perspective on player development, specifically in the rehabilitation of throwers. In 2020, Eli joined the FullReps Staff and has not looked back.
Eli wears many hats for our organization. His favorite roles at FullReps include directing, educating, and preparing on floor trainers to work with in-house athletes as well as creating individualized player development plans for in-house/remote clients.
