Working for Full Reps

Qualified applicants will possess an extroverted personality and a desire to continue evolving as a coach.
•Roughly a 40+hr. work week (compensation commensurate with experience)
•Health Insurance Coverage (medical/dental)
•Continuing education stipend and clothing allotment
•Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s a plus)
•Certification from a reputable organization (NASM, NSCA, Driveline, TPI, etc.)
•Experience coaching in semi-private training environment
•Ability to perform assessment/program design/coaching tasks
•Athletic Training experience a plus
•Baseball-related experience a plus
•Nutrition-related experience a plus
Life at Full Reps
The Full Reps community is tight-knit making for a truly enjoyable working environment. Our clients range in age from 13 to 25 years old and hail from a wide variety of abilities (high school to MLB).
As a member of our team you will execute initial assessments, design programs in accordance with your findings, and supervise training sessions. All training takes place in a semi-private format and our coaches work as a team to facilitate a high-energy, positive training environment.
